Back to School Festival 2012

CenterPointe Church is excited to announce its 2nd Annual Back to School Festival!  This event is taking place Saturday, July 28th from 1:00PM to 4:00PM.  CenterPointe Church is giving away over 2500 backpacks along with free school supplies, spinal/eye exams, and dental hygiene items.  In addition, CenterPointe Church has come up with a variety of fun filled activities such as bounce houses, crafts, and face painting for the kids.  Plus, they will be serving food items ranging from hot dogs, chips, and drinks to snow cones and cotton candy. 

If you’re interested in attending this great event, no registration is required.  Children must be present and accompanied by a parent or guardian.  If the child cannot be present, a birth certificate is required.  Umbrellas and hats are suggested for shade coverage. 
Parking is limited at CenterPointe Church.

All services, backpacks and school supplies will be given away on a first-come, first served basis.
If you would like to volunteer for this event, here are some ways you can help:
  • Pray daily for this event.
  • Volunteer time on "Count on Me" card and return to the Back 2 School table.
  • Buy one or more backpacks ($5 each).
  • Donate school supplies
  • Talk to local businesses to solicit involvement by donating $100.
  • If you are a business owner or manager, get on board by contributing $100.
  • Get the word out. We want to serve our community.
